Mechanisms and Strategies for Enhancing Autonomous Learning Behavior among Higher Vocational College Students
Student learning ability is a critical determinant of whether educational reforms can achieve their intended goals.Against the backdrop of constructing the learning society and a technology-skills society, cultivating autonomous learning abilities and habits among higher vocational college students is an important topic for talent development in these institutions.Based on social cognitive theory and interaction determinism, with learning environment and learning strategies as variables and learning motivation as a mediating variable,a theoretical model of factors influencing higher vocational college students'autonomous behavior was constructed.Using SPSS 23.00 and AMOS 24.0 software, the factors influencing autonomous learning behavior, including learning environment, learning motivation, and learning strategies, were analyzed. The results indicate that both learning environment and learning strategies significantly and positively influence autonomous learning behavior, with learning motivation playing a mediating role in the impact of the learning environment on autonomous learning behavior.Based on these findings, efficacy in higher vocational college students'autonomous learning behavior can be enhanced through creating conducive learning environments, promoting the development of effective learning strategies, and stimulating students'learning motivation.
