Research on the Paths of Enhancing Curriculum Leadership of Higher Vocational College Teachers from the Perspective of Symbiosis
The classroom is a key carrier for harmonious coexistence between teachers and students,and enhancing the curriculum leadership of higher vocational college teachers is a necessary measure for the construction of the connotation of higher vocational colleges.On the basis of in-depth explanation of the connotation of teacher curriculum leadership,this paper analyzes the key elements of teacher curriculum leadership from the perspectives of curriculum awareness,curriculum planning ability,and curriculum evaluation ability in the symbiotic perspective.It further proposes that the construction of curriculum leadership for higher vocational college teachers in the symbiotic perspective faces challenges such as deviation in the positioning of curriculum leadership roles,lack of effectiveness in curriculum planning decisions,and the need to improve curriculum leadership awareness.The paths to enhance teacher curriculum leadership towards harmonious coexistence is to strengthen the identity recognition of teacher curriculum leaders;to take multiple measures to enhance teacher curriculum leadership;to build a community of teacher curriculum leadership.
