Theoretical Interpretation,Utility Analysis and Practical Paths of Vocational Education Promoting Common Wealth——Based on the Evolution of Human Capital Theory
Vocational education,as the type of education most closely linked to socio-economic development, can contribute to the realization of common wealth,a perspective widely recognized by the academic community but still lack of rigorous theoretical justification and detailed analysis. From the perspective of human capital theory, common wealth with Chinese characteristics is to allow all people to accumulate human capital in a fair manner.Reviewing the evolution of human capital theory over the past half century, the heterogeneity, spillover, and multidimensional characteristics of human capital investment in education reveal the three layers of differentiation, universality, and comprehensiveness of the common wealth. In the practice of promoting the great vision of common prosperity, vocational education should take the initiative to change with high adaptability.Firstly,to conduct the economic utility of human capital and promote social class mobility with universal vocational education;secondly,to release the social utility of human capital and promote the construction of a skill-based society with lifelong vocational education;lastly,to activate the cultural utility of human capital and promote the free and comprehensive development of human beings with all-people-oriented vocational education.
