The Situation,Motivation and Governance of Implicit Dropout of Secondary Vocational School Students Based on the Perspective of Spatial Sociology
Vocational education,as an important way to improve the level of education and cultural knowledge and skills of workers, plays an important role in creating a strong team of rural revitalization talents.Social relations in secondary vocational schools provide action space and spatial production basis for implicit dropout of vocational school students. The spatial production theory is used to classify the situation of implicit dropout of secondary vocational school students, which is manifested as"mixed learning"groups with marginal seats in the material space,"learning difficulties"experience of classroom dissociation in the knowledge space and"learning boredom"emotion of Internet addiction in the living space.Based on the analysis of the causes of this spatial structure,we can find that the utilitarian education concept in the material space generates the dropout concept of"useless reading",the restricted cultural capital in the standardized knowledge space generates the dropout mentality of"hopeless reading",and the lost identity in the virtualized living space generates the dropout experience of"boring reading".Therefore,we should build a cultural equal environment to emphasize the respect and tolerance of individual differences, carry out cultural compensation education to improve the cultural habits of disadvantaged students, and smooth cultural communication channels to reshape the identity based on real life,so as to strengthen the management of implicit dropout of secondary vocational students.
