How High-quality Vocational Education Empowers New-quality Productivity Enhancement:Experiences and Inspirations from the"European Deep Technology Talent Initiative"
The integrated and coordinated development of vocational education,technological innovation,and talent aggregation is a key breakthrough point in promoting the effective coupling of the development trend of high-quality vocational education and the internal demand for improving new quality productivity.The"Deep Technology Talent Initiative"aims to address the skill gap in the deep technology field in Europe,emphasizing the commitment of multiple stakeholders to participate in deep technology talent,establishing interdisciplinary education plans that combine major challenges with deep technology,building an online education curriculum resources platform for deep technology talent training,conducting intellectual property education and promoting innovation and entrepreneurship incubation,and providing deep technology talent training rewards and diversified financial support.It effectively connects the core concepts of high-quality development policies in vocational education such as the European New Skills Agenda with the practical contents of the New European Innovation Agenda,presenting characteristics of connectivity,organization,personalization,and sustainability,which can provide some reference for empowering high-quality vocational education in China to enhance new-quality productive forces.
