Practice Status and Development Orientation of Cultural Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era——Case Analysis Based on the"One School,One Brand"Campus Cultural Construction Selection from 2018 to 2021
Drawing on the paradigm of policy text analysis,this study examines 74 cases selected for the"One School,One Brand"campus cultural construction in higher vocational colleges from 2018 to 2021,preliminarily clarifying the practice status and development orientation of cultural construction in higher vocational colleges in the new era.Cultural construction in higher vocational colleges can reflect vocational characteristics,specialty features,and regional characteristics,but there is imbalance in terms of regional distribution,provincial distribution,and school level distribution.In the new era,cultural construction in higher vocational colleges should adhere to a student-centered approach,respond to cultural construction concerns by promoting student growth and development,uphold the core socialist values as the guiding principles of cultural construction,and draw strength from the rich cultural confidence of Chinese national excellent traditional culture.In the construction path,it is essential to highlight school-based characteristics,be rooted in vocational education characteristics,sustain campus culture through multidimensional measures,and stimulate diverse vitality to construct a culture-education community.
