高职院校创新创业教育"三螺旋五链"融合共生模式构建研究

现阶段创新创业教育逐渐形成由微观到宏观层次的"思创融合""专创融合""科创融合""产教融合"的多元融合创新驱动发展态势.在参照多元融合中涉及的价值链、人才链、创新链以及教育链"四链"衔接逻辑机理的基础上,借鉴协同共生及"三螺旋"理论,通过引进政府作为参与主体以及政策链为保障机制,提出以高职院校为核心主体的创新创业教育"三螺旋五链"融合共生模式.分别从组织模式的共生理论视角、耦合理论视角、系统要素视角对该模式的内涵进行诠释,并总结出该模式的五种运行形态:单螺旋组织内连续共生模式、双螺旋组织内外点共生模式、双螺旋组织内外间歇共生模式、双螺旋组织内外连续共生模式与三螺旋组织内外一体化共生模式.
Research on the Construction of the"Three Helixes and Five Chains"Integration and Coexistence Model for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges
At present,innovation and entrepreneurship education is gradually forming a diversified integrated innovation driven development trend from micro to macro levels,including"thinking-creation integration""specialty-creation integration""scientific-creation integration"and"industry-education integration".On the basis of referring to the logical mechanism of the value chain,talent chain,innovation chain,and education chain involved in diversified integration,drawing on the theory of collaborative symbiosis and"three spirals",by introducing the government as the participating entity and the policy chain as the guarantee mechanism,a"three spirals and five chains"integrated symbiotic model of innovation and entrepreneurship education with higher vocational colleges as the core entity is proposed.From the perspectives of symbiosis theory,coupling theory,and system elements of organizational models,this paper interprets the connotation of this model and summarizes its five operating forms:continuous symbiosis within a single spiral organization,internal and external symbiosis within a double spiral organization,intermittent symbiosis within and outside a double spiral organization,continuous symbiosis within and outside a double spiral organization,and integrated symbiosis within and outside a triple spiral organization.
