Study on the Internal Interaction Influence Mechanism of Education Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges——Mediation Effect Analysis Based on the CCSS Survey
Based on the 3177 sample data from the CCSS survey at S College, validity testing, model fit testing, path analysis, and mediation effect testing were conducted. This verified the impact and mechanism of student factors such as motivation, course engagement, and learning attitudes,as well as institutional factors including supportive campus environment and course quality on educational quality through three mediating variables:student-teacher interaction,student-student interaction, and student empowerment. The study reveals that educational quality in higher vocational colleges is influenced by complex interactions of internal factors. The mediation effect of student-teacher interaction on educational quality shows typological differences.Educational outcomes and employability are most sensitive to student-student interaction. The mediation effect of student empowerment on educational quality should not be overlooked.
