Dynamic Tracking and System Debugging of the Reform of Classified Enrollment System of Undergraduate Vocational Education——Based on the Investigation and Analysis of Stakeholders
Based on the stakeholder analysis framework for the reform of vocational education undergraduate classification enrollment system,semi-structured interviews were conducted around the vocational undergraduate enrollment system,it is found that the public has reservations about the competency of vocational college enrollment.Administrators,examinees,teachers and parents participate in the enrollment of vocational education undergraduate students with the roles of"active promotion""coercion forward""passive involvement"and"marginal watch"respectively.Secondary vocational students,higher vocational students and ordinary high school students have formed a"classified non-cooperative"enrollment model.Therefore,it is necessary to consolidate the enrollment competence of vocational colleges and enhance the value expectation of vocational undergraduate education;reduce information loss through"transposition propaganda"and enhance the enthusiasm of passive participants;according to the educational background of the candidates,the candidates are admitted by taking the best qualifications according to their aptitude.
