Promoting the construction of standards in teacher training is an important aspect of improving training quality and promoting the development of the teaching staff.Guided by standards,it is possible to achieve the"directionality","effectiveness",and"generalizability"of vocational teacher training.Taking H province as an example, this paper analyzed the"four chain connection"training mode for vocational school teachers from four perspectives:teacher training needs, teacher training content, teacher evaluation and assessment system, and teacher training feedback and tracking. It is found that this mode plays a certain role in improving the educational and teaching abilities, professional basic skills, professional practical abilities, and information technology teaching abilities of participating teachers. To build a teacher training model that is more in line with the characteristics of vocational education, continuous optimization is needed in terms of system construction, framework construction, improvement mechanism, and precise docking in the future.
