The Return of Technical Culture in Vocational Education:Connotation Representation,Practical Implications and Implementation Paths
The technical culture of vocational education,as a new culture spawned by the interaction of production and education,is the integration of technical concept culture and technical practice culture,and its patterns are characterized by the craftsman spirit and the integration of production and education.Technical culture plays a rational expression and practical guiding role in the high-quality development of vocational education,endows vocational education with value pursuit,and highlights its inherent and spiritual uniqueness as a type of education.However,due to the historical fault of technology and culture and the dislocation of reality,people have cognitive bias towards vocational education,and then problems such as the integration of production and education and the alienation of adaptability appear.It is necessary to restore the technical culture of vocational education from the perspective of new institutional economics with the coupled,coordinated and heterogeneous vocational education practice view,and the practice paths of its restoration should be advocated from the perspective of endogenous motivation to the community of technical practice:enhance the adaptability of vocational education to dual subjects from the perspective of endogehous motivation;form the craftsman spirit and technology concept culture embedded in the entity from the perspective of exogenous development;advocate the technology practice culture of producing and teaching"heterogeneous and homomorphic"from the perspective of symbiosis isomorphism.
