The Dilemma and Outlet of Labor Education in Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Positive Psychology
Labor education is an urgent need to cultivate high-quality workers in the new era,and it is also a necessary way to promote the comprehensive development of individuals.At present,labor education in higher vocational education has the tendency of discipline,fragmentation and entertainment,which is contrary to the essence and mission of labor education.Guided by the concept of positive psychology,following the goal of creating happiness and the design principle of harmony and balance,we have found the practical approaches of the transformation of labor education in higher vocational education:strengthen positive guidance with value tension and form positive labor cognition;create positive conditions with aesthetic care and stimulate positive labor experience;build a positive ecology with linkage and integration and cultivate positive working habits;carry out positive evaluation with multi-dimensional standards and consolidate positive labor behavior;give full play to the educational function and positive value of labor education,and guide vocational college students to grow into happy workers with all-round development.
