中国式现代化视域下高职教育"点线面体"特色学徒制体系构建

在中国式现代化视域下,高职教育"点线面体"特色学徒制体系构建有助于促进中国式教育现代化,有利于推动高职教育高质量发展,有益于深度开发技术技能人才。立足中国式现代化发展要求,从梳理参与者作用点、明确资源流动线、延展实操行动面、打造系统循环体四方面出发,构建中国式现代化视域下高职教育"点线面体"特色学徒制体系。面向中国式现代化,该体系的具体实施路径为:厘清特色学徒制的发力点,建立多中心协同育人模式;明确特色学徒制的切入线,推动四链加速聚合;夯实特色学徒制的行动面,完善高职教育顶层设计;创建特色学徒制的生态体,培养大国工匠。
Construction of"Point-Line-Surface-Body"Characteristic Apprenticeship System in Higher Vocational Education under the Perspective of China-style Modernization
Under the background of China-style modernization,the construction of"point-line-surface-body"characteristic apprenticeship system in higher vocational education is conducive to promote China-style educational modernization,beneficial to promoting high-quality development of higher vocational education,and beneficial to deeply developing technical and skilled personnel.Based on the development requirements of China-style modernization,this paper starts from four aspects of clarifying the role points of participants,specifying resources flow lines,expanding practical action surfaces,and creating a systemic cyclic body,to construct the"point-line-surface-body"characteristic apprenticeship system of higher vocational education under the perspective of China-style modernization.The specific implementation paths for this system are to clarify the focus of characteristic apprenticeship,and establish a multi-center collaborative education model;clarify the entry line of characteristic apprenticeship,and promote the acceleration of the convergence of the four chains;consolidate the action surface of characteristic apprenticeship,and improve the top-level design of higher vocational education;create a ecological body of characteristic apprenticeship,and cultivate skilled workers.
