"Double-qualified"teachers are the first resource to promote the high-quality development of vocational education and an important force to accelerate the modernization of vocational education.The"double-qualified"teachers of vocational education in China have gone through a development process of gradually clarifying the concept connotation,increasing the number of teachers year by year,gradually improving the qualification recognition standards,and increasingly tightening the relevant legal system.The acquisition and loss of"double-qualified"teachers'qualifications is related to the immediate interests of teachers and the overall quality and construction level of vocational education teachers.Establishing a complete mechanism for the entry and exit of the"double-qualified"teachers'qualification in vocational education provides sufficient institutional support and legal protection for building a"double-qualified"teachers team that is in line with China's actual situation and reflects the characteristics of vocational education.To achieve this,it is necessary to refine and classify standards in a hierarchical manner,establish and improve certification and evaluation mechanisms,strengthen the visibility of the cross-disciplinary attributes of vocational education,and enhance and optimize the legal and institutional safeguards.
