Analysis on Influencing Factors of Enterprises Participating in Higher Vocational Colleges'Industry-education Integration——Based on Logistics Regression Analysis
Through questionnaire surveys,data were collected on the willingness,motivation and satisfaction of enterprises participating in higher vocational colleges'industry-education integration.Based on the analysis of current situation,logistic regression analysis was conducted to verify the relationship and influencing mechanism among the willingness,motivation and satisfaction of enterprises participating in higher vocational colleges'industry-education integration.The results indicate that:Most of the surveyed enterprises have a strong willingness to participate in integration of industry and education;four motivations,including obtaining outstanding talents,enhancing market competitiveness,achieving sustainable development,and increasing social influence,have a significant impact on the willingness of enterprises to participate in higher vocational colleges'industry-education integration;four factors related to satisfaction,including industry-education integration,enthusiasm of school cooperation,alignment between program offerings and job requirements,and research and development innovation,significantly affect the willingness of enterprises to participate in higher vocational colleges'industry-education integration.Based on the research findings and practical considerations,relevant suggestions are put forsward from three levels:government,enterprises,and higher vocational colleges,to enhancing the willingness of enterprises to participate in higher vocational colleges'industry-education integration.
