教育强国背景下职普融通的时代价值、现实困阻与发展策略

摘要
职普融通是一个发展性的概念,其内涵特征与教育强国进程存在着价值趋同,这要求在新的背景下思考职普融通的时代价值、现实困阻与发展策略.职普融通是推进"教育、科技、人才"一体化建设的重要通道,是建设高质量教育体系的关键变量,具有实现个体现代化的价值属性.但是,我国职普融通在推进过程中,仍存在着"融不进""融不通""融不好"等多重困境.由此,应将"中国式"发展内涵嵌入职普融通发展逻辑;细化顶层设计,保持职普融通结构的内部平衡;提升职普课程融合水平,确保职普融通内涵式发展;完善职普融通要素保障机制,强化融通内生力量.
Abstract
The integration of vocational and general education is a developmental concept,which has a value convergence with the current process of building a powerful education country.This requires a rethinking of the value of times,actual challenges,and paths of vocational and general education integration in the new era.Overall,in the new context,the integration of vocational and general education has demonstrated the value attributes of empowering the integrated construction of education,technology and talents,building high-quality education system and promoting individual modernization development.However,in the process of accelerating its modernization construction,the integration of vocational and general education in China still faces multi-dimensional challenges such as"inability to integrate""inadequate integration"and"poor integration".Therefore,we should promote the integration of vocational and general education by highlighting Chinese characteristics,refining top-level design,deepening curriculum integration,improving guarantee mechanisms,and advance its value realization in the construction of a powerful education country.
