Construction and Practice of Practical Teaching System in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Integration of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"
Practical teaching can stimulate students'interests in learning,promote the transformation of knowledge and skills,enhance students'practical ability,innovation ability,and employment competitiveness.Taking the supply chain operation major in higher vocational education as an example,the research has found that the practical teaching system has problems such as"broad"content,"high"requirements,"poor"facilities,"weak"teaching staff,and"biased"evaluation.Based on the analysis of the basic connotations and logical relationships of post,course,competition and certification,a practical teaching system for vocational colleges has been constructed.The practical paths of this system are to adhere to the concept of"win-win cooperation,cost reduction and efficiency improvement",strengthen the collaboration between government,industry,enterprises and schools,conduct job research,optimize curriculum design,strengthen teacher team construction,develop practical teaching links,integrate practical teaching resources,and build a practical teaching evaluation system.
