Analysis of the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Professional Commitment of Secondary Vocational School Students——Based on The Survey Data of Secondary Vocational Students in G City
The professional commitment of secondary vocational school students is a description of their psychological state of professional learning behavior,which to some extent affects the quality and efficiency of the construction of an integrated vocational education talent training system.Through a survey of 8703 students in grades 1-3 of secondary vocational schools in G city,it was found that the overall level of professional commitment among secondary vocational school students is average,and their willingness to seek employment is not high;among all measurement dimensions,the level of normative commitment is the highest and the level of economic commitment is the lowest;there are significant differences in students'professional commitment levels in terms of personal conditions such as gender,grade,and participation in corporate internships and training;factors such as social perception,school experience,and self-evaluation significantly predict the professional commitment level of vocational school students.Based on this,it is recommended to strengthen career education and guide students to establish correct professional values;enrich the supply of learning skills and lay a solid foundation for students to receive higher vocational education;strengthen the construction of campus culture in schools,enhance students'identity and school affiliation;optimize classroom teaching strategies to enhance students'professional confidence and self-efficacy.
