新质生产力是以AI技术、生物技术等为基础,以创新、科技、知识等为动力,以新经济、新产业、新商业为载体的生产力形态。职业教育作为培养高技能人才的主战场,不仅能够促进新质生产力的科技创新和成果转化,还能够为新质生产力培养新人才、创建新机制。新质生产力发展背景下,职业教育面临赋能新质生产力能力不足、自身结构与新质生产力需要不适应、对外开放程度不够等挑战。为此,要确立以赋能新质生产力发展为导向的职业教育发展新定位,建立以培养创新型技能人才为目标的育人新体系,促进职业教育供给侧与产业结构需求侧相协调,建构深度参与全球教育合作的职业教育发展新格局。
Generative Logic,Restrictive Factors and Practical Paths of the New Quality Productivity Enabled by Vocational Education
New quality productivity is a productivity form based on AI technology and biotechnology,driven by innovation,science and technology and knowledge,and carried by a new economy,new industry and new commerce.As the main battlefield of training high-skilled talents,vocational education can promote the scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation of new quality productive forces,cultivate new talents,and create new mechanisms for new quality productive forces.In the context of the development of new quality productivity,vocational education is faced with challenges such as insufficient ability to enable new quality productivity,incompatibility between its structure and the needs of new quality productivity,and insufficient openness to the outside world.To this end,it is necessary to establish a new orientation of vocational education development by enabling the development of new quality productivity,establish a new education system aimed at cultivating innovative skilled talents,promote the coordination between the supply side of vocational education and the demand side of industrial structure,and construct a new pattern of vocational education development that deeply participates in global education cooperation.
