Evaluation of Operational Efficiency and Construction Strategies for High Vocational Colleges in the"Double-high Plan"Based on the DEA-Tobit Model
Using the DEA model to evaluate the operational efficiency of 56"double-high plan"colleges after the first round of the"double-high plan"construction, combined with truncated Tobit regression analysis, this study explores the influencing factors on the operational efficiency of"double-high plan"colleges. The evaluation reveals that the overall operational efficiency of"double-high plan"colleges has improved compared to the initial stage;however, there is still room for improvement in input and configuration efficiency of factors in these colleges.Social services emerge as the primary factor influencing the operational performance of"double-high plan"colleges. Therefore,to facilitate the smooth implementation of the"double-high plan",it is essential to enhance the efficiency of input and configuration of factors, accelerate the performance output of"double-high plan"construction, strengthen internal governance modernization reforms to ensure high-quality progress in"double-high plan"construction, focus on improving the level of social services to reinforce the development support role of"double-high plan"construction, and optimize the relationship between human resource input and output to comprehensively improve operational efficiency.
