Validities,Obstructions and Recommendations of the Development of New Quality Productive Forces Enabled by Higher Vocational Education in Northeast China
Higher vocational education has become an important way to develop new quality productivity by enabling knowledge,technology and talents.Marx's theory of the relationship between productive forces and production relations,economic base and superstructure provides two dimensions of adaptability and supply.From the perspective of supply,based on the empirical analysis of three levels of education scale,education funds and education outcomes,combined with the control variables affecting the level of new quality productivity,we can see that the development validity of northeast vocational education enabling new quality productivity is insufficient by comparing the developed regions of Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai.Regarding adaptability,higher vocational education in northeast China faces some practical problems,such as systematic decline,mechanical barriers and spatial barriers.In the context of the comprehensive revitalization of northeast China,it is necessary to enhance the overall leadership role of the government,expand the scale of high-quality school elements,construct a multi-dimensional collaborative innovation system,and create a high-level opening pattern,to strengthen the guarantee,support,cohesion and extension of the development of new quality productivity of higher vocational education services.
