中国式现代化视域下职业教育公平推进的应然选择、实然困境与使然路径

摘要
推进中国式现代化建设是党的二十届三中全会提出的重要要求,职业教育公平的推进是建设中国式现代化的重要保障.职业教育公平具有在教育起点上保障入学机会与受教育权平等,在过程上不断优化区域教师资源配置,在结果上构建完备的终身教育体系的价值属性.但在推进过程中,仍面临经费投入存在省际差异,职教师资队伍规模存在层次差异,职教价值激发不足等现实困境.因此,提出持续推进职业教育提质增效,保障教育起点公平;多措并举优化师资配置,促进教育过程公平;全面推进终身教育体系建设,实现教育结果公平的实践路径,同时为推进现代职业教育体系建设提供思路.
Abstract
Promoting Chinese-style modernization is an important requirement of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee,and promoting the fairness of vocational education is an important guarantee for the construction of Chinese-style modernization.Equity of vocational education has the value attributes of ensuring equal access to education and equal right to education at the starting point,continuously optimizing the allocation of regional educational resources in the process,and building a complete lifelong education system as a result.However,in the process of promotion,there are still differences in educational opportunities that prevent students from appropriately choosing education types,inter-provincial differences in funding input,and differences in the scale and level of vocational education teachers.Therefore,it is proposed to continuously promote the internal upgrading of vocational education to ensure the fairness of education starting point;take multiple measures to optimize the allocation of teachers and promote the fairness of the education process;comprehensively promote the construction of lifelong education system,realize the practical path of education result fairness,and provide ideas for promoting the construction of modern vocational education system.
