中国特色高等职业教育"质"的内涵、特征和实现路径

当前,我国高等职业教育已经基本完成了量的积累,初步形成了具有中国特色的现代职业教育体系,然而对于"质"的研究和认知还相对比较薄弱。在加快建设教育强国的进程中,高等职业教育的"质"在新时期被赋予新的时代内涵,需要在立德树人、知识素养和技能提升等方面进行改革创新。"质"作为高等职业教育最根本的属性,具有社会性、类型性、比较性和发展性等特征。为提升中国特色高等职业教育的"质",更好地促进技能人才培养,实现路径是:在"机制"上下功夫,贵在创新;在"融合"上求突破,胜在定位;在"教改"上做文章,重在实践;在"师资"上动真格,根在培养。
On the Connotation,Characteristics and Realization Paths of the"Quality"of Higher Vocational Education with Chinese Characteristics
After decades of development,China's higher vocational education has grown from scratch to a large-scaled strong system,and has explored and gradually formed the development path and model with Chinese characteristics.Under the background of developing powerful education country,the development of higher vocational education in China urgently needs to realize a systematic leap in quality,so it is necessary to further clarify the internal logic of"quality"in the aspects of talent demand,type and orientation,scale and efficiency,to deeply grasp the times connotation of"quality"in the aspects of moral education,knowledge literacy and skills enhancement.As the most fundamental attribute of higher vocational education,"quality"is characterized with the times of self-transformation,typology of clear positioning,comparability of excelling in competitions,and development of continuous improvement.To enhance the"quality"of higher vocational education and better promote the training of skilled personnel,the paths include:working hard in"mechanism",which values innovation;seeking breakthrough in"integration",which wins in positioning;researching in"educational reform",whose emphasis is on practice;and attaching importance to the"teachers",the root of which is in cultivation.
