职业教育的功能定位和价值取向精准对接着乡村全面振兴的五大目标,依托职业教育是乡村振兴战略实施的逻辑必然.职业教育赋能乡村全面振兴的实践进程中"离农"倾向严重,既有思维理念滞后、自身技能薄弱、产教融合松散等内源性问题,也有治理体制不够健全、承载功能不够完备等外源性问题,难以满足乡村全面振兴的现实需求.为此,亟须以技术赋能推动乡村特色产业发展,实现产教深度融合;以教育扶智优化技术技能人才供给,提升农民职业素养;以载体创新激活乡村文化振兴内在动力,助力乡风文明传承;以理念融入维护生态系统良性循环,促进乡村生态宜居;以秩序重构理顺职业教育管理体制,推动基层治理现代化.
From"Leaving Agriculture"to"Serving Agriculture":The Logic,Obstacles and Approaches of Vocational Education Empowering Rural Comprehensive Revitalization
The functional positioning and value orientation of vocational education are precisely aligned with five major goals of rural comprehensive revitalization,which is a logical necessity for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.The practice of vocational education empowering comprehensive revitalization of rural areas has a serious tendency towards"leaving agriculture".There are internal problems such as lagging thinking concepts,weak skills,and loose integration of industry and education,as well as external problems such as inadequate governance systems and incomplete carrying functions,which make it difficult to meet the practical needs of rural comprehensive revitalization.Therefore,it is urgent to empower rural characteristic industries with technology and achieve deep integration of industry and education;optimize the supply of technical and skilled talents through education and intelligence support,and enhance the professional quality of farmers;activate the instinct of rural cultural revitalization through carrier innovation,and assist in the inheritance of rural culture and civilization;integrate concepts into maintaining a virtuous cycle of the ecosystem and promote livability in rural areas;reorganize the management system of vocational education through order restructuring,and promote modernization of grassroots governance.
