Vocational Education Integrated Talent Cultivation from the Perspective of General Systems Theory:Elements Characteristics,Problem Analysis and Practical Approaches
Based on general system theory,the vocational education integrated talent cultivation include several sub-systems of management level,coordination level,implementation level and evaluation level.As a complex system,It monifestes the characteristics of integration,openness,dynamics and purpasefulness.The problems existing in the current vocational education integrated talent cultivation include the lack of overall planning,inaccurate alignment between talent cultivation and demand,inadequate policy support,and unclear standards.Based on this,this paper proposes practical pathways for vocational education integrated talent cultivation from four aspects,namely,strengthening the planning and coordination of vocational education integrated talent cultivation,achieving precise matching between supply and demand of vocational education integrated talent cultivation,improving the construction of policy system for vocational education integrated talent cultivation,and promoting the implementation of standards for vocational education integrated talent cultivation.
