针对当前职业本科院校校企共建实训基地存在的建设理念创新性不够、校企嵌入式合作不够、师资队伍匹配性不够、校企文化融合不够、"生态性"持续发展不够等问题,引入共轭理论,阐释其在高校与企业共建实训基地上的理论适切性,探索其共轭实现机制.通过分析高校与企业的共轭关系,树立系统发展、产学合作、需求导向、互动共赢的实训基地建设理念,提出建设目标与企业需求相融合、实训内容与职业能力相融合、实训教师与企业导师相融合、实训文化与行业价值相融合"四个融合"实训基地构建模式,为职业本科院校校企共建实训基地提供理论依据.
Research on the Paths of Jointly Building Practical Training Bases for Vocational Undergraduate Colleges——Based on the Perspective of Conjugation between Colleges and Enterprises
The practice and innovation ability of high-level technical and skilled personnel can be improved through the construction of high-quality practice and training bases.Building high-quality practice and training bases is a key measure for vocational undergraduate colleges to deepen industry-education integration and achieve win-win cooperation between schools and enterprises.This paper points out that there are problems such as insufficient innovation in construction concept,insufficient in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,insufficient matching of teacher teams,insufficient integration of school and enterprise cultures,and insufficient"ecological"sustainable development in the construction of joint practice and training bases between vocational undergraduate colleges and enterprises.The paper introduces the conjugate theory and explains its theoretical appropriateness in the construction of joint practice and training bases between colleges and enterprises.It explores the conjugate realization mechanism.By analyzing the conjugate relationship between colleges and enterprises,this paper puts forward the"four integration"model for the construction of vocational undergraduate college practice and training bases,providing theoretical basis for the construction of joint practice and training bases between vocational undergraduate colleges and enterprises.
