摘要

建设开放型区域产教融合实践中心是创新产教融合新模式、深化现代职业教育体系建设改革的重要任务.基于共生理论及其观点,从共生单元、共生环境、共生模式、共生界面四个维度界定了开放型区域产教融合实践中心的建设要素.针对当前开放型区域产教融合实践中心建设面临的利益诉求如何调和、教育政策如何支撑、各方关系如何顺利演进、现有资源如何有效流动等挑战,提出共生理论视域下开放型区域产教融合实践中心建设路径:提高共生单元协作动能,增强共生环境保障水平,打造稳定互惠共生模式,建设开放高效共生界面.

Abstract

The construction of open regional industry-education integration practice centers is a crucial task for innovating new models of industry-education integration and advancing the reform of modern vocational education system.Based on symbiosis theory and its perspectives,the construction elements of an open regional industry-education integration practice center are defined from four dimensions:symbiotic units,symbiotic environment,symbiotic mode and symbiotic interface.In response to challenges such as reconciling competing interests demands,supporting educational policies,ensuring the smooth evolution of relationships,and facilitating the effective flow of resources,this paper proposes construction paths for open regional industry-education integration practice centers from the perspective of symbiosis theory:enhancing the collaborative momentum of symbiotic units,improving the protection level of symbiotic environment,establishing a stable and mutually beneficial symbiotic mode,and creating an open and efficient symbiotic interface.
