The Evolution,Development Logic and Basic Experience of Labor Education in the 75 Years since the Founding of the People's Republic of China
In the 75 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China,labor education has developed from scratch and grown stronger,following the Party's educational guidelines.It has undergone four stages:initial exploration,reform and development,system deepening and comprehensive education.Throughout this process,labor education in China has formed four development logics:the Marxist view of labor education rooted in Chinese and contemporary contexts;the diversity of labor determining the comprehensive development of labor education;the dual development of labor education,from external design to intrinsic motivation;and creative labor education driving the development of new productive forces.These stages have distilled four basic experiences:always adhering to the Party's leadership to guide educational direction;keeping pace with the times by integrating labor education with social practice of productive labor;constructing a labor education system with targeted,tiered,and domain-specific strategies;and continuously strengthening education in labor values and the spirit of labor.
