The Generation Logic of Industry-education Integration Policy Discourse in the Period of High-quality Development in China
High-quality development is a key theme in the construction of socialist modernization,and the value orientation of industry-education integration policy is closely intertwined with the requirements of high-quality development.This study employs social practice in critical discourse analysis as the analytical framework to examine 23 policy discourse texts from the high-quality development period,exploring how the discourse of industry-education integration policy is generated from political,economic,and cultural dimensions.The research finds that the generation of industry-education integration policy discourse follows the political logic of coordinating a people-centered approach with national talent cultivation,the economic logic driven by supply-side reforms and innovative industrial systems,and the cultural logic rooted in the internal construction of cultural confidence and the integration of knowledge and action.These logical pathways reveal that the fundamental aim of generating industry-education integration policy discourse is to realize the national construction of the policy's implications,reinforce the identity of vocational education,and plan the strategic path for building a strong nation.Exploring the generative logic and core essence of industry-education integration policy can deepen the understanding of its nature and provide theoretical support for the formulation and implementation of related policies.
