Research on the Evaluation of the Construction Level and Outcomes of the National"Double-high Plan"——Based on the Analysis of 76 Types of Landmark Achievements Data from 197"Double-high Plan"Construction Colleges and Universities
As the first round of the national"double-high plan"concludes,a comparative analysis has been conducted on the construction level and effectiveness of high-level higher vocational colleges across the country.This study uses data from 197 colleges involved in the"double-high plan"and 76 types of landmark achievement data as the research basis.The analysis focuses on three dimensions:construction level,provincial distribution,and college rankings.Data analysis shows that the"double-high plan"has set an epoch-making milestone for the rapid development of vocational education in China,providing a"new model""new path"and"new solution".Based on the results of the achievement data,three strategic directions are proposed for the next phase of the"double-high plan"construction.Firstly,it suggets focusing on the"five key components"for vocational education,promoting alignment between program offerings and industrial development.Secondly,it emphasizes integrating vocational education into the new path of common prosperity,facilitating the integration of education and training with broader social services.Thirdly,it advocates for enhancing the standards of vocational education institutions to strengthen the modern vocational education system.
