Theoretical Logic and Practical Directions of Vocational Education Serving the Development of New Quality Productivity Forces
Vocational education has been endowed with new missions by new quality productivity forces,including serving as a connecting point and key point in the education chain,a forged cornerstone and pillar in the talent chain,a booster and accelerator in the industrial chain,and a building plateau and highland in the innovation chain.Vocational education should serve new quality productivity forces,which are complex system projects,based on the system theory,connect the characteristics,such as"new"elements,"excellent"structure and"strong"function,and follow the system logic that focuses on reshaping the form of elements,optimizes the combination of elements,and promotes the realization of Chinese-style modernization paths.In the practice of vocational education serving new quality productivity forces,we should follow the paths of"system-element-structure-function",improve the modern vocational education system,and perfect the system framework;enhance the key educational capabilities of vocational colleges and cultivate the essential characteristics;accelerate the supply side reform of vocational education and build the serving structural carrier;enhance the adaptability of vocational education and highlight the serving functional orientation.
