The Difficulties and Paths of the Construction of Industrial Mentorship in Vocational Colleges in the Context of Industry-education Integration
The industrial mentorship of vocational colleges is an important measure to deepen the industry-education integration of vocational education,which provides new paths and ideas to promote the integration of vocational education,science and education,and to build a high-quality and professional vocational education teaching force.However,in the specific practice of promoting the implementation of industrial mentorship in vocational colleges,the cognitive confusion and practical deviation of industrial mentorship in vocational colleges have profoundly constrained the effectiveness of the system,and there is an urgent need to clarify the development law,logical mechanism and functional value of industrial mentorship in vocational colleges and the related system from the concept of the concept connotation and the source of the policy,and analyse the problems and identify the policy implementation deviation by analysing the policy limitations,management deviation and role difficulties of industrial mentorship in vocational colleges,and identifying the policy implementation deviation.From the systematic optimisation of the institutional environment,innovative construction of the management model,and craftsmanship in shaping the educational character,we explore the optimisation and relief paths of the construction of industrial tutorship in vocational colleges under the background of industry-education integration,intending to practically promote the high-quality development of the construction of the teaching force in vocational education.
