近代民间教育团体农村职业教育的实施——以中华职业教育社为例

1920年后,中华职业教育社将工作重心转向农村职业教育。为将农村职业教育工作落到实处,中华职业教育社选定江苏昆山徐公桥创设实验区,在教育上普及义务教育,推广民众教育;在经济上推广农业改良,提倡副业生产,开展合作运动。另外,改进实验区还创设农村自治组织,举办人才培训机构。中华职业教育社的农村职业教育实验活动关注农民需求,讲求经济节省,强调因人施教,注重制度建设,既推动了改进区农村职业教育及各方面的进步,也为其他改进区农村职业教育的实施提供了典范,还为民国长江三角洲地区的乡村建设运动打下了良好基础。
The Implementation of Rural Vocational Education by Modern Folk Education Groups——Taking China Vocational Education Society as an Example
After 1920,the China Vocational Education Society shifted its focus to rural vocational education.In order to put rural vocational education into practice,the China Vocational Education Society selected Xugongqiao in Kunshan,Jiangsu,to set up an experimental area to popularize compulsory education and popular education in education,to promote agricultural improvement,to advocate by-product production,and to carry out the cooperative movement in economy.In addition,the improvement experimental area has also created rural self-governance organizations and training institutions for human resources.The experimental activities of the China Vocational Education Society in rural vocational education focused on the needs of farmers,economic savings,emphasizing teaching according to the needs of each individual,and focusing on system construction,which not only pushed forward the improvement of rural vocational education in the improvement zone and all aspects of progress,but also provided a model for the implementation of rural vocational education in other improvement zones,as well as laying a good foundation for the movement of countryside construction in the Yangtze River delta region of the Republic of China.
