Theoretical Logic,Construction Dilemma and Continuous Progress of Industry-education Integrated Enterprises from the Perspective of Reputation System
From the perspective of reputation system,the industry-education integrated enterprises can be regarded as a kind of"visionary"enterprise reputation derived from a specific institutional environment,which is transmitted by policy guidance,governed by institutional implementation and sustained by political affiliation.It is characterized by easy to generate,relatively stable,and its utility needs to be improved;and it has a"double-edged sword"effect on the enterprise.In the cultivation,establishment,maintenance and development of the reputation of industry-education integrated enterprises,there are multiple dilemma of enterprises chasing after fame and profit,being famous but not real,and being exhausted by name.After acquiring the reputation of an industry-education integrated enterprise through the action logic of"borrowing""promoting"and"creating",enterprises still need to continue to promote the cultivation of industry-education integrated enterprises construction in terms of clarifying the rights and responsibilities of the main body,repairing the institutional system,and perfecting the supportive atmosphere.
