迈向老有所为新境界:农村老年教育发展策略研究

农村老年教育是赋能老有所为的基本途径,也是积极应对老龄化社会问题的重要举措.新时代赋予了老有所为新的内涵,老有所为表示在社会帮助下农村老年人口的健康、参与和保障达到最佳效果.但我国农村老年教育存在一些现实问题,包括老年人学习意识缺乏,学习满意度较差;教学硬件设施不完善,教师队伍不稳定;家庭支持力度不足,情感关怀意识弱等.究其原因,在于农村老年教育管理机制不完善,职责分工不明确;地方政府不够重视,老年教育经费少;乡村治理自主性欠缺,学习观念有偏差.为推进农村老年教育发展,迈向老有所为新境界,需以"老有所为"为契机,畅通管理体制,优化政府宏观调控;需以"老有所为"为支持,积极宣传引导,加强农村协调服务;需以"老有所为"为指导,关注学员学习需求,提升老年个体发展能力.
Towards a New Realm of Worthiness for the Elderly:Research on the Development Strategies of Education for the Elderly in Rural Areas
Education for the elderly in rural areas is not only the basic way to empower the elderly to have a sense of worthiness,but also an important move to actively deal with the problems of the aging society.The new era endows the elderly with a new connotation of a sense of worthiness,which means that the health,participation and security of the rural elderly population have achieved the best results with the help of society.However,there are some practical problems in rural education for the elderly,including lack of learning awareness and poor learning satisfaction;imperfect teaching hardware facilities and unstable teachers;inadequate family support and weak awareness of emotional care.The reasons lie in the fact that the management mechanism of rural education for the elderly remains to be optimized and the division of responsibilities are not clear;the local government does not pay enough attention to it and the funds for education for the elderly are small;they cannot understand the rural elderly and there is a deviation in the concept of learning.In order to promote the development of education for the elderly in rural areas and move towards a new realm of worthiness for the elderly,it is necessary to take"worthiness for the elderly"as an opportunity to smooth the management system and optimize the government's macro-control;it is necessary to actively publicize and guide and strengthen coordinated services in rural areas with the support of"worthiness for the elderly";it is necessary to pay attention to the learning needs of students and enhance the individual development ability of the elderly under the guidance of"worthiness for the elderly".
