工程教育在德国的历史进程中发挥着重要作用.18世纪至20世纪,德国工程教育发展经历了初建培养机构、兴建培养机构、明晰培养机构的演进过程.21世纪后,德国工程教育在传统进程的基础上开展了一系列改革创新:实现教学科研融合、建立多向维度的工程培养机制、关注民生与公共福祉等.组织制度、科学研究、行业协会与"实干家"精神等方面是德国工程教育得以获得不断创新、积蓄力量的动因.借鉴德国的经验,我国可以通过构建完善的工程教育与职业资格制度、提升工程科研在人才培养中的广度与深度、发挥行业协会在工程教育中的作用、塑造全社会范围内"实干家"的精神信念四个方面建构符合我国实际的特色工程教育体系.
Evolution,Innovation and Enlightenments of German Engineering Education
Engineering education has played a significant role in the historical process of Germany.From the 18th to the 20th century,German engineering education has undergone the evolution of establishment of initial training institutions,construction of training institutions,and clarification of training institutions.After the 21st century,based on the traditional process,German engineering education has carried out a series of reforms and innovations:achieving the integration of teaching and research,establishing a multi-dimensional engineering training mechanism,and focusing on people's livelihood and public welfare.Organizational systems,scientific research,industry associations,and the spirit of"doers"are the driving forces for the continuous innovation and accumulation of strengths in German engineering education.By drawing on Germany s experience,China can construct a characteristic engineering education system that meets actual situation through four aspects:building a complete engineering education and professional qualification system,enhancing the breadth and depth of engineering research in talent training,playing the role of industry associations in engineering education,and shaping the spirit and belief of"doers"throughout the whole society.
