"三全育人"与"大思政"育人体系共同构成了新时代中国高等教育思想政治教育的完整框架。"三全育人"视域下高职院校构建"大思政"育人体系顺应时代改革发展需要,有益于落实立德树人根本任务、促进人的全面发展、实现理论与实践相统一、形成协同育人的新格局。打破构建"大思政"育人体系存在的认识不深刻、机制不完善、师资不够强、渠道不通畅、资源不丰富等主要困境,高职院校需要塑造"大格局",深化观念认知;完善"大机制",提升保障能力;强化"大合力",提高师资水平;建设"大课堂",打通育人渠道;挖掘"大资源",丰富育人载体。
The Value Logic,Main Challenges and Path Breakthroughs of Building a"Big Ideological and Political"Education System in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of"All-round Education in the Whole Process with All-staff"
The"all-round education in the whole process with all-staff"and"big ideological and political education"education systems together constitute the complete framework of ideological and political education in higher education in China in the new era.The construction of a"all-round education in the whole process with all-staff"education system in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of"three comprehensive education"is in line with the needs of the times'reform and development,beneficial for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and promoting the comprehensive development of people,realizing the unity of theory and practice,and forming a new pattern of collaborative education.Breaking through the main challenges of the lack of deep understanding,imperfect mechanisms,insufficient teaching staff,unsmooth channels,and insufficient resources in building a"big ideological and political"education system,higher vocational colleges need to shape a"big picture"and deepen their conceptual understanding;improve the"big mechanism"and enhance the guarantee capability;strengthen the"great synergy"and improve the level of teaching staff;build a"big classroom"and connect educational channels;explore"big resources"and enrich the carriers of education;implement a"big evaluation"and stimulate the vitality of education.
