Influencing Factors and Promotion Paths of Professional Identity of VET Masters——Based on Grounded Theory Analysis of 21 VET Masters
Professional identity is the key factor affecting students'academic performance and personnel training.Based on grounded theory,this paper conducts semi-structured interviews with 21 VET masters from two colleges in H Province,and constructs a model of"Influencing Factors of Professional Identity of VET Masters".The model shows that the psychological expectation of masters of vocational education,inside and outside environment of graduate school,employment cognition and emotion,the comprehensive strength of school personnel training directly affect professional identity.The external environment of graduate school and the comprehensive strength of personnel training of VET masters also indirectly affect professional identity through employment cognition and emotion.To enhance the professional identity of masters of vocational education,masters of vocational education should form their identity consciousness and plan their future career consciously;vocational education training units should enhance their comprehensive training strength and strengthen their guidance for masters of vocational education's studies and career;the state and society should strengthen the employment guarantee system for masters of vocational education and create a positive atmosphere of social identity.
