Research on the Relationship between Self-awareness,Professional Identity and Employment Pressure of Higher Vocational College Students——Based on a Questionnaire Survey of 2318 Graduates from a Higher Vocational College in Shenzhen
A full sample survey was conducted on the self-awareness,professional identity and employment pressure of 2318 graduates from 14 majors in a higher vocational college in Shenzhen.The survey results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between self-awareness,professional identity and employment pressure.Low levels of self-awareness and professional identity can lead to employment anxiety and increase employment pressure.Based on the above findings,countermeasures to reduce employment pressure are proposed:from passive to active,systematically carrying out comprehensive vocational planning education;from closed to open,integrated construction of result-oriented talent cultivation system;from decentralized to synergistic,multi-subjective cooperation to cultivate positive psychological qualities of higher vocational students.
