Research on the Current Situation and Improvement Strategies of Digital Literacy of Vocational Education Teachers
Vocational education teachers with digital literacy are the key to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents to meet the needs of the smart era.Based on the Digital Literacy Standard for Teachers,we designed a digital literacy measurement tool for vocational education teachers and conducted a research,which showed that the overall digital literacy of vocational education teachers is at a medium level,with low levels of"digital technology knowledge and skills""digital awareness"and"digital application".Further analysis show that there are significant differences in the levels of"digital awareness""digital application"and"professional development"between teachers of science and arts subjects;the group analysis shows that teachers with professional abilities are more concerned about the improvement of digital literacy.Based on the above findings,we propose the following strategies to improve the digital literacy of vocational education teachers:activate the consciousness of digital development and shape the awareness of digital identity;unimpeded the diversified linkage mechanism and strengthen the reform of cultivation on the supply side;advocate the interactive and symbiotic learning ecology and deepen the infiltration of social responsibility;and innovate the mode of integration of industry and education and optimize the field of digital application.
