Realistic Challenges and Road Choices of Higher Vocational Teachers'Teaching Development in the Era of Artificial Intelligence
The integration and application of artificial intelligence(AI)technology and vocational education teaching is profoundly reshaping the vocational education scene and teaching paradigm,which requires that higher vocational teachers'teaching concepts,teaching methods,and teaching forms turn to iteration.Artificial intelligence can prompt higher vocational teachers to self-examine,help higher vocational teachers to improve their digital teaching ability,enrich the human-computer interaction teaching experience of higher vocational teachers,and enhance the ability of higher vocational teachers to analyze the learning situation,but at the same time,it also brings the real challenges of the confusion of higher vocational teachers'specialty identity,the misconduct of the use of intelligent technology,and the inertia obstruction of the reconfiguration of the teaching form,and so on.To promote the teaching development of higher vocational teachers in the era of artificial intelligence,it is necessary to adhere to the human nature of vocational education and reshape the role of educating people through diversified integration;to construct the"AI+Teachers"training system and improve the quality of intelligent education;to expand the teaching experience of combining virtual and reality and promote the reconstruction of teaching paradigm;and to explore the evaluation of teaching behaviors and help the reflection and diagnosis and teaching reform.
