The Value Logic,Existing Problems and Path Breakthroughs of Vocational School Teachers'Enterprise Practice from the Perspective of Stakeholder Theory
Vocational school teachers'enterprise practice is an innovative system in China's vocational education reform,which fully demonstrates the characteristics of vocational education type education and is an effective path to promote the professional practice ability improvement of vocational education teachers.From the perspective of stakeholder theory,it can be found that teachers,enterprises,schools and governments are the direct stakeholders of vocational school teachers'enterprise practice.In response to the problems of"superficialization"of practical content,"singularity"of practical forms,"streamline"of practical processes,"hollowing out"of practical organizations,"formalization"of practical evaluation,and"fatigue"of practical motivation in vocational school teachers'enterprise practice,teachers should enhance their autonomy in professional development,enterprises should enhance their sense of social responsibility,schools should comprehensively fulfill their responsibilities,and governments should refine and improve the policy guarantee system.
