The Effect Mechanism of Vocational College Students'Entrepreneurial Learning on Entrepreneurial Intention
Training a new generation of high-quality entrepreneurs is the fundamental strategic support for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country, and entrepreneurial learning could realize this target.Based on the theory of planned behavior,813 vocational college students in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai were studied by questionnaire survey to analyze the mechanism of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial intention among higher education students. The results show that vocational college students'entrepreneurial learning positively predicts entrepreneurial intention.Entrepreneurial attitude partly mediates the influence of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial intention.Perceived behavioral control partly mediates the influence of social entrepreneurial learning and family entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial intention.Peer support and teacher support play a moderating role in the relationship between school entrepreneurial learning and vocational college students'entrepreneurial intention.Based on this a strategy for developing entrepreneurial intentions in higher vocational students is proposed in terms of valuing the role of entrepreneurial learning, the value of entrepreneurial attitudes and perceived behavioral control, and the important role of peer support and teacher support.
