数智时代高职学生职业观塑造的困境及突围——基于存在主义视角

摘要
数智时代,在技术变革与高职教育转型的交互影响下,高职学生职业观塑造面临挑战,主要表现为:数智化重构职业图景引发职业定位困惑、新旧职业价值观冲突导致职业信念动摇、数字技能焦虑造成职业自我效能感不足以及职业环境变革加剧职业社会支持匮乏.存在主义哲学以个体生存境遇为核心,强调其在所处境遇中的能动建构,彰显主体对自身生存的责任,为审视数智时代高职学生的职业观塑造困境提供了独特的视角.未来,高职教育应通过观念更新、专业重塑、实践转型和生态优化等路径帮助高职学生树立正确的职业观.
Abstract
In digital intelligence era,under the interactive influence of technological changes and the transformation of vocational education,higher vocational college students face challenges in shaping their career perspectives,mainly manifested as:confusion in career positioning,wavering career beliefs,insufficient career self-efficacy,and a lack of career social support.Existentialist philosophy,centered on the individual's existential situation,emphasizes their active construction within given circumstances,highlighting the subject's responsibility for their own existence.This provides a unique perspective for examining the challenges in shaping vocational college students'career perspectives in the digital-intelligent era.Vocational education should help students establish correct career perspectives through conceptual renewal,professional reconstruction,practical transformation and ecological optimization.
