摘要

职业院校混合所有制产业学院的高质量发展,必须以科学合理的评价体系为支撑.构建其办学水平的测度评价体系,需遵循目标达成逻辑、资源整合逻辑、利益平衡逻辑以及持续改进逻辑等.具体构建路径包括拟定评价指标、专家咨询、开展问卷调查、优化指标、确定权重等环节.从教学质量、人才培养效果、产学研合作、社会影响力及组织管理等五个维度构建了职业院校混合所有制产业学院办学水平测度评价指标体系,并对各维度具体指标进行阐释.

Abstract

The high-quality development of mixed-ownership industrial colleges in vocational colleges must be supported by a scientific and reasonable evaluation system.To construct the measurement and evaluation system for their school-running level,the measurement logic such as the goal achievement logic,resources integration logic,interest balance logic and continuous improvement logic need to be followed.The specific construction paths include steps such as initially formulating evaluation indicators,conducting expert consultations,carrying out questionnaire surveys,optimizing indicators and determining weights.The evaluation index system for measuring and evaluating the running level of mixed-ownership industrial colleges in vocational colleges is constructed from five dimensions,including teaching quality,talent cultivation effect,industry-academia-research cooperation,social influence and organisational management,and the specific index of each dimension are interpreted.
