教育强国建设背景下县域职业教育如何做好产教融合——基于双辽市农职业技术教育中心的案例研究

摘要
构建职普融通、产教融合的职业教育体系是建设中国特色社会主义教育强国的根本任务之一.在我国职业教育产教融合办学形态布局不断优化的当下,县域职业教育产教融合却仍是薄弱环节.以双辽市农职业技术教育中心为案例,剖析其以"科教产融合,育扶富并举"为办学理念开展的系列改革实践探索,总结出县域职业教育做好产教融合的基本路径是:要依赖政府的大力统筹,要把科技力量融汇其中,要培养真正留得住、用得上的农村实用人才,要让农民有更多获得感.
Abstract
Establishing a vocational education system that integrates general and vocational education as well as industry and education is one of the fundamental tasks in building China into a powerful education country in socialist education with Chinese characteristics.Currently,as the layout of industry-education integration in China's vocational education continues to improve,its implementation in county-level vocational education remains a weak link.Taking Shuangliao Agricultural Vocational and Technical Education Center as the case,this paper analyzes reform practices based on its educational philosophy of"integrating science,education,and industry while fostering education and poverty alleviation simultaneously".It concludes that the basic paths for county-level vocational education to achieve industry-education integration successfully are:relying on strong government coordination,integrating scientific and technological forces,cultivating truly retainable and practical rural talents,and enhancing farmers'sense of gain.
