Research on the Integrated Cultivation of Talents in Vocational Education against the Background of Constructing a Powerful Education Country
In the new era,the people's demand for high-quality education has become stronger,and the transformation and upgrading of China's industrial system have made the demand for high-level technical and skilled talents increasingly urgent.The integrated cultivation approach opens up a path for students'growth and provides learners with more systematic and in-depth learning opportunities.Various regions across the country have conducted numerous beneficial practices and explorations regarding the integrated cultivation of talents in vocational education,mainly forming the integrated models between secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges,between secondary vocational schools and undergraduate universities,between higher vocational colleges and undergraduate universities,as well as the"2+2+2"integrated cultivation model.However,they also face difficulties such as insufficient policy support,inadequate depth of reform in integration,low levels of recognition among stakeholders,incomplete effective implementation mechanisms,and poor evaluation and assessment validity.The action strategies for the integrated cultivation of talents in vocational education under the background of constucting a powerful education country are as follows:refining support policies,strengthening integrated design,enhancing recognition,strengthening mechanism construction,and deepening evaluation reform.
