气动冲击器中,有气缸进气座内置式、外置式配气方式,尽管这两种方式结构合理,占据国内大部分的市场份额,但存在冲击器的内缸加工困难、制造精度低,冲击器内部气路弯道多影响冲击效率,整机重量大的缺点.文中较详细介绍了此类冲击器的改进,改进后冲击器的可靠性明显提高,主要零件的制造难度降低,整机重量减少2.75kg,获得实用新型专利.
Design of a New Medium-High Pressure Valveless DTH Impactor
The pneumatic impactors use 2 types of air distribution systems:one with built-in air cylinder inlet,the other with exterior air cylinder inlet.While these 2 air distribution systems have legitimate structures and account for the lion's share of the domestic markets,there are some defects in them,such as hard-to-process inner cylinder,low manufacturing accuracy,many bended segments in inner circuits impairing the impact efficiency,the whole unit being too heavy,etc.The paper details the improvements on these impactors.The improved impactors feature significantly higher reliability,lower manufacturing difficulty for main parts and the weight of the whole unit being reduced 2.75 kg,being awarded the new practical patent.
