掘进机盘形滚刀的刀刃角设计基础是基于内刃压痕试验.盘形滚刀的整体结构对称于刀刃平面,这种设计具有一定的现实缺陷,会出现偏磨和侧滑现象.本文利用3D软件对非对称刃形的滚刀进行建模,对掘进机盘形滚刀的几何结构进行了设计与分析.对刀刃角度目前的设计理论进行了梳理分析,研究不同刀刃角在破岩过程中的优势,试验验证偏磨和侧滑失效现象.在不同地质条件项目测试,实验数据与理论数据进行对比,且对在正安装下不同刀刃角滚刀进行对比分析.对称型刀刃滚刀与同刀位非对称型滚刀相比磨损量较大,不同地质条件下不同刀刃角磨损量表现各异,因此要针对不同的地质条件选择适合的盘形滚刀刀刃角.
The Edge Angle Design of the Disc Cutter of Tunnel Boring Machine
The edge angle design of the disc cutter of tunnel boring machine is based on the indentation test of the inner edge.The overall structure of the disc cutter is symmetrical to the blade plane.This kind of design has some practical defects,there will be partial wear and sideslip phenomenon.In this paper,3D software is used to model the cutter with asymmetric edge,and the geometric structure of the disc cutter of tunnel boring machine is designed and analyzed.The present design theory of edge angle is analyzed,the advantages of different edge angles in rock breaking process are studied,and the phenomenon of off-wear and sideslip failure is verified by experiments.In different geological conditions,the experimental data were compared with the theoretical data,and the cutters with different edge angles were compared and analyzed under normal installation.The wear of the symmetrical disc cutter is greater than that of the asymmetric disc cutter with the same installation position,and the wear of the cutters with different edge angles varies under different geological conditions,so the disc cutters with suitable edge angles should be designed according to different geological conditions.
