在设计研究坑道钻机推拉力测试装置时,采用一种球铰结构,方便钻杆与测试装置之间连接,提升调试效率;由于球铰的自由度高,且无附加扭矩,测试精度高;将推拉力变换成坑道钻机与测试装置之间的内力,对地基要求较低,成本低,方便实施.电气系统采用友好界面,具有曲线绘制、打印报表或曲线功能.经实际测试,测试装置满足坑道钻机的测试要求.
Research & Application of Push-Pull Force Testing Technologies for Tunnel Boring Machine
A ball hinge structure is adopted when researching the push and pull testing device of the tunnel drilling rigs,which facilitates the connection between the drill pipe and the testing device and improves debugging efficiency;Due to the high degree of freedom of the ball hinge and no additional torque,the testing accuracy is higher;Transforming the push and pull force into the internal force between the tunnel drilling rig and the testing device has low requirements for the foundation,low cost,and is easy to implement.The electrical system adopts a friendly interface and has the functions of curve drawing,printing reports,or curves.After actual testing,the testing device meets the testing requirements of the tunnel drilling rig.
